  The location is tucked away into a very nice quiet area of Graz that has extremely easy access to the tram line into town and a shopping market (Spar) that has everything you need just 15 meters or so away. The apartment is very nice, and very livable. I stayed here for a business trip for 60 days and was significantly better than staying in a hotel. fully furnished and ready to go. very comfortable bed as well!
