  Clean, comfortable apartment with parking possibility in front of the house in the green zone (free on the weekend, 9 EUR/day on weekdays). The kitchen is very well equipped (spices, sugar, salt, tea, coffee, etc..). The city center is not far, 20 minutes walking on a nice pathway close to the river.

  Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 20 bequeme Gehminuten vom Grazer Zentrum (Hauptplatz) entfernt. Man kann entweder größtenteils im Grünen an der Mur entlang gehen oder man nimmt den Weg durch das lebhafte und gastronomisch gut ausgestattete Lend-Viertel. Der Vorteil an der dezentralen Lage ist, dass man für 9 Euro (Münzen für den Automaten bereithalten) 24 Stunden direkt vor der Unterkunft parken kann, am Wochenende (Freitag ab 19 Uhr) auch gratis.
  
  Das Appartement selbst ist gut eingerichtet mit einem Vorraum, Wohnraum mit Kochnische, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, auch eine Nespresso-Maschine.
  
  Die Betten sind 200×180, mit eher harten Matratzen und weichen Kopfpolstern.
  
  Die Schlüsselübergabe und das Bereitstellen des Codes für die Wohnungstür waren unproblematisch, die Haustür wird bei der Ankunft nach einem Anruf ferngesteuert geöffnet.
  
  Die Straße selbst ist eher ruhig, eine Durchgangsstraße parallel zur Mur aber nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt. Die Lärmbelästigung hält sich in Grenzen, nur wer da empfindlich ist, sollte das wissen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber überhaupt kein Problem.
