  This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

  Die Wohnung ist schön und funktional ausgestattet. Sehr schön sind die hellen Räume. Das Zentrum von Graz ist gut zu Fuß als auch mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker für frische Frühstücksbrötchen ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr schnell und verbindlich.

  Apartman je prekrasno uređen, iznimno uredan i čist, jako dobro opremljen i veoma ugodan. Zelena zona parkiranja je odmah iza zgrade tako da smo imali besplatan parking cijeli vikend. Lokacija apartmana je u blizini centra grada, do svih atrakcija je lako doći pješice ili javnim prijevozom. Lokacija same zgrade je na mirnom i tihom mjestu tako da nije bučno tijekom boravka u samom apartmanu. Domaćica Milena je uvijek dostupna i na raspolaganju za sva pitanja, komunikacija je bila brza, jasna i veoma ugodna. Mi smo stanom oduševljeni i svakako bismo ga opet odabrali za ponovni boravak u Grazu! Sve preporuke!
