  Traumhaft ruhige Lage. Sehr schönes Wohngebiet drumherum. Tolle Sicht auf Hügel und Wälder. Wir waren zu acht mit drei kleinen Kindern und hatten dennoch gut Platz. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und nahezu neuwertig, nur die Fenster in Bad und WC wurden dabei leider vergessen, Die sind a bisserl arg abgenutzt und könnten eine Überarbeitung vertragen. Die Gastwirtschaft "Kreuzwirt" im Erdgeschoss ist hervorragend, mit ausgesprochen nettem und humorvollem Personal, so dass wir fast jeden Abend dort gegessen haben. Die Grazer sind sowieso unglaublich freundlich! Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist angesichts der Parkplatzpreise in Graz unten wirklich sehr hilfreich. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war angenehm, hilfreich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Antwortzeit war sehr schnell und es hat alles bestens geklappt.

  Die Lage ist hervorragend bei Anreise mit dem Auto und falls man etwas wandern oder einen schönen Restaurantbesuch plant.
  Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, modern und die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig für 4 Personen. Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist hervorragend, ebenso wie die Freundlichkeit aller. Wir kommen gern wieder.
