  We had a wonderful time, everything was clean and comfortable, the location was great, we plan to go back! We also had good communication with the host. We strongly recommend this facility.

  Quiet building, bed was comfortable and big. To reach city centre it is approx 30 minutes by foot. Parking places available just in front of the building.

  Overall the apartment was very well equipped with all basic things (cutlery, crockery, salt, sugar, coffee, oil etc.) and there was a Prosecco bottle waiting on arrival in the fridge. Despite heatwave the apartment was not that warm, there was an extra fan in the living room and the window shutters worked very well. It was also incredibly quiet – I wouldn't even say any neighbours were living around on the same corridor! The location was very nice, with free parking included in the building area, supermarket next door, and walking distance to the city center. It ticked all the requirement boxes for the booked 4 night stay. The host was very kind and supportive and replied reliably to all messages on time.

  Einfache, gemütliche, gepflegte, und saubere Unterkunft. Haushaltsutensielen ausreichend vorhanden. Gut erreichbar mit Auto und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Lebensmittelhändler in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
  Preis-Leistungsverhältnis voll in Ordnung.

  Es handelt sich dabei um eine eigene kleine Wohnung mit viel Platz. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sonst findet man auch alles, was man braucht. Es war gemütlich und warm in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war prinzipiell auch schnell und gut.

  Die Wohnung war liebevoll und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Empfangen wurden wir mit frischen Blumen und einer Flasche Prosecco !
  Wir hatten eine tolle und ruhige Zeit, obwohl es ein sehr großes Haus war. Die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und der Fahrstuhl haben es sehr komfortabel gemacht.
  Zu Fuß waren wir in 20 min an der Oper und konnten von da super die Altstadt und den Schlossberg erkunden. Lidl und Hofer sind direkt um die Ecke.

  Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Man sieht, dass Rene begeistert alles dafür tut, dass sich der Gast wohlfühlt. Aufgrund der Beschreibung konnte ich die Schlüssel problemlos erhalten, und es gab immer einen Parkplatz.
