  Our group of 6 people (3 couples, requested three separate rooms) were happy that we could stay somewhere in Graz. The alternative accommodation was quite new, clean, for the same price as the originally booked accommodation.

  Hervorheben muss man die Lage der Wohnung. Man ist direkt am Jakomini-Platz und in 5 Fußminuten in der Herrengasse. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Sparmarkt mit angenehmen Preisen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war auch prima. Alles lief per Whatsapp und es kam auch immer schnell eine Antwort. Als wir bemerkten, dass keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Fön vorhanden waren, hat sie diese Dinge direkt gebracht. Schön war auch der große Aufenthaltsraum mit einer großen Küchenzeile. Dort konnte man wunderbar abends noch sitzen und gemeinsam reden/spielen.

  Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vor allem wenn man in der Gruppe reist. Die Ausstattung ist extrem einfach, aber man hat viel Platz. Liegt sehr zentral in mitten der Grazer Altstadt. Parken im Hof möglich, was perfekt für unsere Motorräder war.
