  Amazing, kind hosts, so responsive and caring. The place is great, such a pleasure to stay at. The apartment is very spacious, has two bedrooms, very big living room, well equipped kitchen.

  Beautiful apartment in an amazing location – I attended a course at the medical university which is approx. 5 minutes away on foot. The connection to the city centre is also really good, the nearest tram stop is 3 mins away from the apartment, and you can get to the city centre in 15 minutes with the tram directly.
  The host is very kind, also really helpful.

  Welcomed warmly by Mr.&Mrs.Leban, excellent communication in English. spotlessly clean flat, stylish bidermaier furniture, an extra bed on request (thank you), good quality beds and linen, quiet location-all we could hear were the church bells(pleasant) and ambulances (not pleasant), fully equipped kitchen-special thanks for the bottle of wine. A balcony with a view to the cementary. Close to Billa. Extra bonuses: bicycle path just by the house and a storage room for bikes. Private parking.

  Die Ruhelage, wir mussten uns an die Ruhe gewöhnen. Vom Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, sieht man auf einem etwas tiefer gelegen, hinter Büschen versteckten Radweg und den Leonhardbach, etwas weiter hinten breitet sich der Friedhof aus. Wenn man Graz kennt, so kann man einen reservierten Parkplatz nur schätzen und die Lage des Apartments ist knapp ausserhalb der bewirtschafteten Parkraumzone, innerhalb eines Villenviertels am Ruckerlberg. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt beim LKH und auch einen Bäcker der Sonntag offen hat ist dort bei der Haltestelle. Die Straßenbahn bringt einem direkt in die Innenstadt und auch zum bekannten Grazer Bauernmarkt. Gaststätten, Nahversorger diverse Geschäfte, alles dort direkt am Landeskrankenhaus versammelt. Man braucht sich wegen der leiblichen Genüsse dort keine Sorgen machen 🙂
  Die Apartmentbetreiberin ist sehr bemüht und geht sehr gut auf Wünsche ein, die Schüssel Übergabe und Abgabe ist unkompliziert und rasch erledigt. Es ist auch viel mehr da, auch das kleine Krimskrams (Nadel und Zwirn, …) was in anderen Apartments oft
  
  Für uns ist das Apartment immer ein Tip, wenn wir ein paar Tage (oder länger) in Graz verbringen wollen. Aufgrund der Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen,..) eignet sich das Apartment auch für längere Aufenthalte.
