  Convenient location within walking distance from the center, easy access to the apartment at any time, parking in the courtyard of the house (10 euros / night).
  There is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and lots of dishes.
  Very comfortable mattress on the bed.
  The apartment is very warm, and the water in the shower is hot.
  The owner Tatyana promptly and cordially answers my questions.

  Apartment has everything one would need. Bathroom was clean with enough towels (big and small). There was one double bed and a bed from sofa and both were incredibly comfortable. Apartment isn't big, but the placement of furniture is perfect with enough hangers and places to put luggage and everything we had. Small kitchen, but we knew that from the pictures and didn't mind it. It had everything we needed and more. Host was really kind and answered all of our questions. And all in all apartment was nicely decorated. Location couldn't be better. City center is very close so car wasn't needed for our sightseeing. If we come again in Graz we will definitely stay here.

  Very good location, close to city center and restaurants. Apartment is nice and well equipped, there's a car parking in the yard. Host let us leave car a bit longer after check put so that we could walk in the city.
