  I could not have chosen a better location and accommodation for my mother`s four weeks stay in Graz. The flat was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the flat is fully equipped with everything you might need. The location itself is very good since you are 100 meters from a bus station and 15 minutes walk from a shopping center. The hosts Peter and Silvia are very fast on giving you an answer to whichever question you might have. I fully recommend this accommodation.

  Das Apartment kann ohne Weiteres mit jedem Sternehotel mithalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, die Ausstattung ist optimal (Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, …). Ein kostenloser Garagenplatz steht zur Verfügung, weitere Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Top Infrastruktur fußläufig erreichbar (Bäcker, Spar, Billa, Apotheke, Postamt und sogar ein Einkaufszentrum nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Bus- und Bahnstation ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist äußerst ruhig, auch bei geöffneten Fenstern. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowie um ihre Gäste bemüht. Bemerkenswertes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und absolut zu empfehlen.

  sehr empfehlenswerte, ruhige und helle Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einer kleinen, funktionalen Küche und einem hübschen, überdachtem Balkon. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum angenehmen Leben/Wohnen für ein paar Tage braucht und die Einrichtung ist von guter Qualität! Von der ca. 400 Meter entfernten S Bahn Haltestelle Dr. Lister Gasse erreicht man die City bequem in ca. 10-15 Minuten.
