  Spacious, exceptional clean, deluxe accommodation. High end bedding/pillows. Last but not least tranquil.
  
  l can highly recommend this property. We stayed in the White Flat. The pictures do not this property justice. Also it is very rare to find accommodation which provides secure parking in an enclosed garden so if you have children you can not get better.
  
  We also enjoyed walking to the center of Graz. Didn’t notice the distance which is not far at all. Secondly there are lots of bars/cafe shops and bakery at your doorstep. For us the location was perfect. We would definitely return.

  The location is strategic, 1km from city centre but at the same time away from its congestion. The apartment is large and very liveable. The cleaning is very thorough. The services are of excellent quality, internal parking above all. The use information (at booking and on site) were clear and detailed.

  The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything needed for a family with a small child. The owners were very responsive and provided us with a baby cot. The apartment is within walking distance of the center of Graz and we didn't need to use a car for sightseeing, however it was very quiet and pleasant. There is also free parking in the hotel yard, which is a great convenience. We would stay there again on our next visit to Graz.

  Comfortable and cozy appartment, relaxing and quiet location of old city and close to the historical center. The kitchen was fully equipped including two coffee machines and verious teapots. Combined washing machine with dryer was very handy.
  The hosts were giving relevant info in time and didn't disturb wisely. One dedicated parking lot next to the appartment was included in the booking.

  Die Lage direkt neben der Uni war für mich perfekt.
  Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
  Vor allem aber war es sauber (und ich bin eher pingelig).
