  Hughe apartment with big flat screen, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher… View from the balcony is amazing.

  The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and spacious. Perfectly equipped, you are provided with everything what you need for both, shorter or longer stay. Communication with contact person was exceptional and helpful.

  Very clean, all appliances are present: cutlery, water cooker, excellent coffee machine, iron + iron board, wash machine, dish washer, hair dryer, towels, dish cloths, vacuum cleaner, sponges, dish washing liquid etc etc.
  On the 8th floor so excellent view of the city, very cosy and very comfortable. Nice and comfortable bed.
  5 minutes by foot to tram line 6 which takes you to Jakomini Platz in 3 minutes and to the main square in 5 minutes. Great location.

  Good location 10-15 minutes walk to city center. Well equipped apartment, coffee and tea for free. We had really comfortable stay.

  Schöne, große Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im achten Stockwerk eines Wohnhauses (natürlich mit Fahrstuhl) mit tollem Blick auf Graz.
  Ein Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude gehört zur Wohnung kostenlos dazu.
  Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß oder per Straßenbahn sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir sind fast immer zu Fuß gegangen.
  Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem. WiFi steht zur Verfügung. Der große Fernseher bietet Live-TV und Streaming über Internet. Der schöne Balkon mit Markise bieten einen schönen Blick zum Schlossberg.
  Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (bis auf eine Schere! 😉 … und relativ wenige Teelöffel 😉).
  Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
  Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super.
