  It is such a lovely apartment, with every detail so carefully planned and yet with such a relaxed homey feeling. The location is the best for Graz. The host is very nice and helpful, and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in the apartment.

  The apartment was a walking distance from the centre on the city. It has supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc. close by. It is very modern and well equipped (full kitchen, toiletries, coffee), with a great view. Free parking is really a bonus. The host was kind and checkin/checkout went smoothly.

  Lovely, comfortable apartment, walking distance to city center and easy to find. More than enough spacious for three persons, equipped with everything you need to stay. Free parking in the yard was a real jam. The host was very kind and helpful. We especially appreciated earlier entrance into the apartment to leave our stuff, as we arrived a few hours before check-in.

  A stylish, comfortable, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment in a convenient location. Area is very nice; all sights are within walking distance and we even had the chance to shop at a farmers market across the street.
  Apartment is very bright, full of natural light coming from the big windows facing east, which we particularly enjoyed (might be an issue for someone not used to waking up early, as there are no shutters but only curtains which are not very dark).
  Coffee, tea and a bottle of cold water was waiting for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated.
  Apartment also has a parking spot in the inner courtyard, which we didn't need, but is very convenient to anyone arriving by car.

  Light, spacious, characterful apartment, very nicely appointed. Excellent linen, good sized bathroom with good shower and bath, as well as washing machine and drier. The sofa bed was comfortable and the living area was not too cramped even while the bed was folded out. Nice view across to Schlossberg Graz. It was well set up with radiators for heating in cooler weather. Convenient walking distance from the train station (~ 15 – 20 mins) and a similar distance to Graz old town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a produce market sets up just across the road on Saturdays.
