  Cozy appartment very spacious, new and modern, with all facilities. You will find tea and coffee, beverages, snacks. Great terrace. Curiously, we didn’t find a TV but I think that is temporary.

  Loved absolutely everything about this place. It has a great location, not too far from the city center and easy to reach with tram number 7 or with the bus. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The apartmant was spacious, clean & comfortable. There are plenty of snacks, some sweets and drinks available (you have to pay for it, but it's very convenient if you need something). There was everything we may need in case if we wanted to cook. Also Martin was a really good host and always available for our questions. Loved it!

  Apartment was very nice and really spacy. The area is also lovely. The center of Graz is about 20-30 min by tram near by. It was one of the the most beautiful and comfortable accommodation we had have ever been to.
