  Apartment at a quiet location, yet in a relatively short walking distance to the city center (approx 20 mins). Very well equipped, very clean, u can find there everything u need for a short stay. The owner was very responsive, they also prepared for us some sweets, fruits and champagne for new year. Coffee machine is great, as called out previously. We will definitely come back here next time we stay in Graz. The small Xmas decorations are highly appreciated to create a festive atmosphere during travelling. The garage is available for use for a 12 eur/night extra fee..

  Very nice modern apt. We were 5 people sharing separate apartments (one studio and one one-bedroom). Very helpful host – was able to provide 2 convenient parking garage spaces for our 2 cars at additional cost. Also helped to pass us detergent and clothing rack when I mentioned I wanted to do some laundry. Interior design of both apartments was very cosy.

  Clean and coisy. There is everything you need no matter if you are going to stay there for 1 or more nights. There is coffemaker, fridge etc. Beds are really comfortable. You can also rent a garage for 15e/day – really recommended due to paid zones around. 15/20min from city center on foot, nice park with a river nearby.
