  Вид из окна просто потрясающий. Очень хорошо и доступно описано, как попасть в квартиру. Довольно милая квартирка в центре города.

  Schöne kleine Wohnung, direkt am Jakominiplatz, die ideale Lage um Graz zu erkunden. Straßenbahn und Busse sind alle vor der Tür- was im Sommer bei offenen Fenstern vielleicht etwas laut ist, mich aber jetzt nicht gestört hat. Das Bad ist modern renoviert, der Rest der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ich habe sie aberhauptsächlichzum Schlafengenutzt. Für die drei Etagen zur Dachwohnung ist ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.
