  A lot of space, everything what you need is in the bathroom and the kitchen. Very easy to get in. Good contact with the owner. Literally, the jest choice. Thank you.

  Nice and spacious place centrally located but on a pretty quiet street so we were not bothered by the noise. The host is very kind and responsive, we even got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco that is a great touch. As we were by car, that was great that we were provided with a garage spot, 100m away from the apartment the parking place is large and our car fitted perfectly. Comfortable beds and all the necessities for the stay were there (shower+bath, coffee machine, towels). One tiny remark – no elevator and apartment is on 4th floor, however, as we did not have much luggage or issue with moving, that was not a big deal.

  Spacious apartment with a very tasty interior. 10 walking minutes from the city centre, free private parking in a nearby garage, very convenient if you plan to explore Graz. Rene is a kind host, he responded quickly to our questions. We liked the floor heating, the tv has a lot of streaming platforms.

  It is a big apartment and everything is there you need. Rene has truly thought of details to make it as homely as possible. We slept so well , bed very comfortable. The little balcony was great to sit outside, especially on a hot summers evening. The location is great. Everything at hand, from public transport to cafes, restaurants, bars, museums, great shops. Communication with Rene was excellent and getting keys was simple and well explained, key hand over is contactless.
  There were small sizes of shampoos and shower gels, which was very helpful, especially the first night of arrival.
  And yes, there is a spa bath!

  Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum! Superschön eingerichtet, supersauber, sehr ruhig und viele nicht erwartete Details wie Kerzerl, Hygieneartikel im Bad, eine Flasche Prosecco im Kühlschrank! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! René ist der perfekte Gastgeber, erreichbar und weit über seine Verantwortlichkeit hinaus hilfsbereit! Danke!
