  I was in the "forest" apartment – very well located; clean, a few small details that help make it more comfortable, like slippers, kitchen fully equipped and new, as well as complimentary coffee… if the weather allows it has a lot of light, and it even has a balcony. It is also very quiet. Price is adequate

  Wonderful place to stay for a few days in Graz. The location is very close to the historical centre and not very far to the train station. The apartment I stayed in (the Forest) was a bit small, but I knew that and was not surprised. Kitchen was very good with a functioning fridge and even a decent coffee maker. A small balcony with a view into the courtyard is nice for breakfasts. A Hofer supermarket is very close to the location. The entry system through a key code is comfortable. I got all necessary information in a timely manner and everything was concise and easily understandable. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was absolutely clean.
