    Everything was perfect. But what made the stay extra special were all the small touches. The notes, the complimentary bottle of water and chocolate bar, the well stocked coffee machine, plenty of everything and nothing in want. Could happily have stayed much longer!

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully furnished, modern and practical apartment. It is clean, spacious and perfectly located on the edge of the inner city. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre, but the street itself is quiet and peaceful. There are shops like Billa and Spar nearby and on Saturday mornings there is a local market in the adjacent square. Public transport is conveniently at the end of the street and the train station is about 15-20 minutes walk away.
    Keyless accest to the apartment is quick and easy.
    The apartment is opposite to the fire station which was interesting to watch, especially from the balcony – you can clearly see the vehicles and activity. However, if you prefer more privacy, the blinds (both external and internal) will ensure complete comfort.
    Inside, the apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer and coffee machine (Qbo capsules provided), while the bedroom has fast Wi-Fi and a TV for relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful little extras the owners provided, such as umbrellas to borrow, crayons and games for the kids, and even a shoehorn.
    The owners went above and beyond and provided us with detailed and helpful information about the city, transportation, restaurants and shops in both English and German. They were also very flexible, making the whole reservation process smooth and stress-free.
    We highly recommend this apartment – it is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and thoughtful hospitality.

    Lovely newly build and well equiped apartment in the middle of the Graz old city. First floor with elevator. Even in the hot weather convinient. All in the city center reachable by walking distance. Parking near buy on the street paid or garage 300m walk. Very pleasant stay!
