  A környék rendezett és jó volt. A közlekedés kiváló. A Bérbeadó érkezéskor várt bennünket – mivel egy forditó program sgitségével – élő kapvsolatot alakitottunk ki. kérdéseinkre szabatos választ adott és a végét autójával rövid városnézéste vitt. OPK volt minden.

  Die Lage war für unsere Belange extrem gut. Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür. Öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel unweit. Es fehlte an Nichts in der Unterkunft.

  We hebben ons meteen thuisgevoeld. Aan alles was gedacht, tot elastiekjes toe. Het was superschoon. Meneer Hirschmann heeft ons ook het Murpark gewezen, waar we boodschappen kunnen doen. Omdat we de eerste keer in Graz waren, hoe we met de Strassenbahn naar het centrum konden reizen. Kortom: voortreffelijk.

  Sehr nette Gastgeber, wenn auch ein bischen hektisch. Früher Check in war kein Problem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es fehlte Nichts. Ausblick war toll. Gute Busanbindung für eine Fahrt ins Grazerzentrum und zum Einkaufszentrum. Supermarkt fussläufig. Parkplatz am Haus.

  Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kaffee steht zur Verfügung. Ideal für ein kleines selbst zubereitetes Frühstück. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet.

  Lage am Stadtrand von Graz, aber nahe zur BSPA/HIB Liebenau, wo ich einen Kurs besuche. Daher für mich ideal. Dennoch ist man mit Bus oder Taxi in 15 Minuten im Zentrum von Graz. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für zwei, neu und hell eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Bonus ist die Kaffeemaschine und die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber!
