  We are a family of three travelling with a small dog. The services provided were perfect and clear, and the staff are always helpful towards any questions and concerns. We had a lovely time staying with Gollner and they even provided our dog with small snacks upon arrival, a blanket and many advices regarding pet-related matters. The location is quite good, about 10-minute walk into city centre, but quiet enough in the evenings to stay out of traffic and busy roads. Easy to locate and easy to access.
