The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d hope for — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed without any unnecessary frills. The beds are properly comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss hotel beds can be), and there’s enough space to actually unpack and settle in. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, with good water pressure — those little things that make a difference when you’re traveling. Windows are well-insulated, so despite being in a lively area, you’ll sleep soundly. The Wi-Fi actually works reliably throughout the building, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but somehow still is in many hotels.

The buffet breakfast here is genuinely impressive — not just the usual continental spread you get at most places. They’ve got quality Austrian breads, local cheeses, and proper coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around for hours. Fresh fruit, good selection of cereals, and they usually have some warm options too.   This is the most charming hotel. We felt like home. It is close to literally everything and there are a couple of great restaurants and cute shops around. The parking is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is always smiling and nice. I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We fell in love with Graz and when we come back,we’ll stay in this hotel. Thank you for everything.

  Everything looks new and the hotel is in a very good location. Lots of restaurants, pubs, caffees just a few minutes away. Less than 10 minutes walking to the Old Town.
  Breakfast is ok, but probably repetitive after a few days. Coffee is very good.
