  Great location just a short walk from the city center. Barbara was extremely helpful and flexible. The apartment was perfect, beautifully done with great attention to detail. Parking was very convenient (in the basement of the building).

  Tolles Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung in Innenstadtnähe. Alles hat funktioniert war in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in Graz vollends genießen.

  Dacă esti norocos și nu funcționează un mare ventilator, poți avea un sejur perfect.
  Parcarea foarte valoroasă, echiparea bucătăriei foarte bună.
  Utilitățile foarte bune, masina de spalat vase, dotările bucătăriei, vinul și celelalte lăsate de gazdă.
  Odihna pe balconul spre grădină poate să fie ceva de vis dacă nu funcționează utilajul frigorific de la vecini.

  Geräumiges Apartment mit 2 Einzelzimmern (in den südlichen Ländern würden die Betten auch als frz Doppelbetten durchgehen), Küche, Bad, separatem WC und großem Balkon. Tiefgaragenplatz (zwar eng aber auch mit PKW jenseits der 5m Marke befahrbar) und Aufzug direkt zum Apartment.
  Ausgezeichnete Ausstattung wie Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Nespressomaschine etc. Dazu sehr großzügige Grundausstattung mit allen Produkten des täglichen Bedarfs.
  Für eine Großstadt ruhige Lage, Geschäfte/Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
  Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter.

  Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, spontane Abholung vom Bahnhof. Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und chic eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. In der Küche ist „Notproviant“ vorhanden, Spülmittel, Tabs, Waschmittel, Seife .. man wird bestens versorgt. Sogar eine leckere Flasche Wein steht bereit!
  Zwei Zimmer mit Einzelbetten – für uns perfekt. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man gemütlich frühstücken.
  Top Lage – Supermarkt und Busstation in je 3 Min Entfernung. In die Stadt kann man auch gut laufen.

  Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Schlüssel. Apartement liegt sehr zentral und man ist in ca. 10 inuten zu Fuß im histrorischem Zentrum. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Für größere Autos könnte es schwierig werden (> 5mtr. und über 2 mtr. breit ???)
  Apartement ist aussergewöhnlich ausgestattet, ein hervorragende Flasche Weiswein erwartet den Gast.
