  I absolutely recommend staying in this apartment. Located in the heart of Graz within walking distance to everything which you need. The apartment was very clean, cozy, well equipped with a big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and very comfortable big bed. Nikos was incredibly helpful,responsive and he was thinking about every detail. If I come back to Graz, this would definitely be my choice number one!

  We recently stayed at the Graz 1464 Old City center Apartments, and it was an experience worth sharing! Normally I don’t have time to write reviews, but the value for money is really worth my time..
  
  It’s admittedly the best location in the heart of the city. This made it incredibly convenient to explore Graz’s historic sites, vibrant markets, the opera and delightful eateries (Austrian Italian especially!!!), wine bars and coffee shops.
  
  The building is Unesco protected but very well maintained and renovated! Whether visiting Graz for business or leisure, this apartment serves as an excellent base. I had to work unexpectedly one of the days of my stay and the wifi was good to have simultaneous video calls and download large files at the same time.
  
  The apartment is located in the fourth floor but the stairs are large and not a problem (great to be within the building area). It has two spacious rooms: one bedroom with king size bed plus one open space area with a cozy living/tv area, dinning table for 2/3, together with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances like espresso machine, boiler, microwave, etc. The bed was super comfortable! Thoughtful touches, such as soft towels and quality bed linen, added to the comfort of the stay after lots of hours of walking.
  
  Worth mentioning that the apartment is super clean! Nikos (owner or admin) was exceptionally welcoming, very responsive within minutes and very friendly.
  
  Overall: Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and comfy stay in Graz. We will come back soon !! 🙂

  I spent 3 days in this appartment with my family and everything was amazing.The place was spotless, very clean with comfortable beds and all new furnishings and appliances, offering everything we needed. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building but the stairs were not difficult to climb. The appartment gave us a cozy, home-like feeling throughout our stay. The location couldn't be more central, nestled in a charming area with shops and cafes. Nikos, the host, was fantastic—super friendly, responsive and always ready to help with anything we needed. He provided convenient parking, close to the appartment and plenty of staff in the apartment to welcome us. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you Nikos, for making it such a wonderful experience!

  Absolutely perfect location in the heart of the city! We loved everything! We deliberately chose a historic house, steeped in the history of old Austria.
  The owner is a wonderful person, kindly suggested us detailed info about keys, parking reservation, breakfast locations etc. Real pleasure to contact.
  The apartment is spacious and very clean, all appliances are new, top quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped: a huge refrigerator, stove, coffee makers, microwave and a kettle. The shower cabin is spacious, and the towels are soft and pleasant, plus mini shampoos and shower gel. The bed is wide, with snow-white linens and a firm mattress.
  We visited in windy February, but it was very warm inside, with no unpleasant odors typical of old houses. The windows offer a view of rooftops and church domes. WiFi worked perfectly. Parking within 5 min walking distance.
  Ideal for 2-3 persons.

  Very clean, comfortable and warm apartment on top floor (4th floor with no lift as it is a UNESCO listed building). Well decorated and equipped with everything you need, even an umbrella! Location is fantastic, in the UNESCO old town, therefore only a short walk to all the historical sights and restaurants. Tram stops are also nearby and it only takes a short tram ride to Graz HBF from the old town city centre. Communication prior, during and after stay was excellent as we had left some documents in the apartment and had to return! Can’t thank them enough for their assistance.
