  It’s a very good place for a one night when you’re on your way somewhere, close to the highway, decent restaurants around. Clean rooms, comfortable beds.

  Easy to collect keys and good size of room. Some parking out front (but extra round the back if required). Access to Graz centre very easy by bus – every 10 minutes from nearby bus stop and journey takes 20 min to central location.
  Gasthof doesn't do evening meals but next door carry out pizza v. good (otherwise eat in town).
  Eggenberg Palace and Landeszeughaus (old armoury) well worth a visit. Funicular to castle and views from castle v good. All of these plus transport from Gasthof and around centre included in Graz Card.
