  The location. Easy walk to the centre of Graz. Food shop opposite, very convenient. Nice and spacious with a balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly host and clear arrival instructions.

  Cozy apartment with parking space, grocery store is nearby. Location is good, city centre is available with a easy walk (in 25 minutes).

  Sehr ruhige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne; toll ist auch der Autoabstellplatz, der sich gleich direkt hinter dem Haus befindet. Sehr gute, öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus sowie Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt.

  Nicht weit von der Innenstadt und sehr ruhige Lage, guter Blick in die Landschaft (3. Etage), gute Ausstattung der Küche.

  Die Wohnung bot uns nach unseren Tagesausflügen einen heimischen und ruhigen Rückzugsort. Mit einer Bushaltestelle und einer einem Supermarkt quasi direkt vor der Tür bietet die Wohnung eine gute Lage. Im Haus selbst war es sehr ruhig und auf der Straße gab es Abends/Nachts kaum Verkehr. Die Küche ist neu eingerichtet und hat nichts vermissen lassen. Pluspunkte gibt es für den Balkon, der nicht nur eine weite Aussicht, sondern auch eine hohe Privatsphäre bietet. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin verlief unkompliziert. Auf unsere Nachrichten erhielten wir immer eine schnelle Antwort.
