  Kleines aber feines und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment (man merkt, dass es neu ist). Es hat alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt.
  
  Getränke, Kaffee & Tee zur freien Entnahme im Kühlschrank. Leckere "Willkommenspizzas" im Kühlschrank zum selbst aufbacken.
  Sehr leckeres Frühstück im Restaurant.

  Krásný apartmán v klidné části města. Do objektu i do apartmánu se vstupuje pomocí kódů, se kterými nebyl vůbec žádný problém. V objektu je výtah, takže přístup byl velmi pohodlný. V nejbližším okolí je dostatek parkovacích míst, byť ve všedních dnech od 9 do 20 hodin zpoplatněných. Nedaleko apartmánu jsou dvě různé zastávky tramvají, ze kterých se dá přímými linkami dostat do centra města.
  Postele byly pohodlné, v ložnici je i dostatek úložného prostoru. Kuchyňský kout je velmi dobře vybaven, je zde kromě dřezu a elektrického sporáku i lednička, mraznička, myčka nebo elektrická trouba, Koupelna s WC je krásná. Sprchový kout je dobře vyspádován a dveře zástěny těsné, takže voda dobře odtéká a neteče do okolního prostoru koupelny. V koupelně je i automatická pračka. Za zmínku stojí i dlouhý balkón s houpacím křeslem.
  A jako velmi příjemné překvapení musím zmínit pizzu a nápoje připravené v lednici ke konzumaci v režii ubytovatele. Snídaně v nedaleké restauraci byla velmi bohatá a chutná.

  Все идеально! Если будем второй раз в Граце выберем эти апартаменты . Спасибо !
  До центра 3 км, но рядом дворец .
  Брали завтраки – их дают в соседнем кафе, все было отлично и вкусно.
  Где -то в комментариях читала, что были пиццы в номере – у нас не было. Но это совершено не влияет на качество апартаментов. Все превосходно . Внизу есть парковка , с 8 вечера до 9 утра бесплатная.

  sehr schöne, moderne & saubere Unterkunft mit großem Balkon! Gastgeber sjnd sehr freundlich & antworteten rasch auf Fragen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und hatte eine breite Auswahl. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.
