  Nice and clean modern apartment with three bed rooms. It has one restroom, and separate bathroom.

  This is an amazing property to rent. Very cosy and homey, with a huge terrage overlooking the citiy (which is really rare in Graz). Terrace is a great outdoor living space from where you can follow the sunrises behind the cityscape line. Great for family stays, as well as for a group stays. Has a lot of top end amenities, including coffee machine, laundry. It was really clean. The apartment is a smart home with a lot of automations of lights, music, locks etc.
  Schwarczenegger was born just on the other side of the hill, and the whole apartment is marked with his posters and motives, which is funny and nice for his fans, such as me.

  Superklasse, moderne Wohnung. Heizung war etwas schwach, es konnte aber mit der Klimaanlage zugeheizt werden.
  Diese war allerdings nur über die Fernsteuerung des Vermieters zu bedienen.
  Der Telefon Support an der Stelle war Meega, ich konnte ihn immer erreichen wann ich wollte, dafür ein außerordentliches Lob.
  Die Sauberkeit der Küche hat noch Verbesserungspotential bei Herd und Kaffeemaschine, ansonsten war alles Top.

  Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die tolle Kaffeemaschine und der Beamer mit Streaming-Angebot. Das Philips hue Lichtsystem nutzen wir auch bei uns zuhause und waren echt begeistert das dies auch in dieser Wohnung verbaut ist. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist auch sehr komfortabel.
