  Everything is new. The location is ok, 15 minutes walk to centre. You can find parking places near the apartment. Just work a little at cleaning the apartment.

  Nice and clean aparment in a new building, completely equipped with everything you will need and with a very comfortable bed. The street is a bit busy but the windows are very well insulated. There is an underground garage and plenty of parking spots on the street. The Hauptbahnhof is just a couple of meters away and the city center is easily reachable on foot within 20 minutes. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a tram stop in the adjacent street.
