  Nice, spacious, clean apartment, fully equipped with all you need for a perfect stay. Located on walking distance from the city center in a quiet and nice part of Graz.The private parking place is an advantage.
  The host is very kind, he presented us with welcome drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment and come back again.

  Great location, close to the centre of the city. Apartment is very well equipped, ideal for both a short break or a longer stay. The bed and the sofa are really comfortable, and the apartment has a very cozy vibe and a homey atmosphere. The host was kind and welcoming, and provided us with the detailed instructions about the apartment, facilities and the parking lots.

  Very well equipped apartment, close to the Convention center Stadthalle and the city center.
  It was super clean, spacious und cosy. Welcome drinks have also been offered.

  Izuzetno čist, uredan i opremljen objekat. Sve sto vam treba posjeduje čak do papira za pecenje i alu folije. Lokacija idealna. Nije previs blizu gužve i buke centra grada ali pješke 7 min se dodje do njega. Ugodan krevet i velika dnevna soba. Dva amjesta za parkiranje je bilo na raspolaganju. Čitam komentare da je usko ja vozim Volvo XC60 i stao je odlicno. Ja mislim da nije do mjesta nego do vozaca. U detalje je prije dolaska pojašnjeno gdhe je kljuc, gdje je parking mjesto,ulazna vrata, kako se grijanje podesava.I sitnica koja barem meni znaci puno piće dobrodošlice. Puno sam proputovao ali ovako uredan i opremljen apartman nisam očekivao.

  Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist für den Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen optimal. Ein separates Schlafzimmer als optionaler Rückzugsort kombiniert mit einem funktionalen Wohn- / Esszimmer lässt alle Möglichkeiten offen. Die Küche ist zwar klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei einen Städtetrip wird man allerdings auch kaum ein Gourmetmenü in der Unterkunft kreieren wollen.
  Trotz der angrenzenden Sportanlage ist es ruhig in der Wohnung und vom Balkon etwas Fussball zu schauen bietet auch durchaus interessante Abwechslung.

  Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen, nicht weit zum Zentrum liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zu Hannes (Vermieter) war sehr angenehm und er war bei Fragen stets hilfsbereit.
