  Very clean place and very well located to visit the city of Graz. The bed was a little soft for me but that is personal. This place in summer has no AC and can be a little humid but nothing that bad. I would recommend

  The property was easy to reach by bus (#58 or #63) from the station in a quick ride (less than 5 minutes). The stop was metres from the front door of this quaint one- level apartment block. Close by is a tram stop that provides easy access to the historic town centre.
  We arrived in Graz on a miserable wet and cold day. It was lovely to enter the cozy apartment and to find a coffee-maker and capsules waiting for us. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, especially the kitchenette which had a wide range of appliances and cooking implements. It was a delight to stay here.

  I really like the nice attitude of our host, dear Marcel. And the flat is very clean and comfortable. Everything is avaliable in it like the stuffs in the kitchen, towels, shower jel and hair dryer in the bathroom, etc. The location of the flat is also perfect. We wake up with the bird Songül since it is located right near the forest. It was amazing. I strongly suggest you to accomodate at City Dream-Apartment Top 3.
