  The flat is cozy, nice warm.
  Easy to find, 15 minutes walk to the city.
  You have to pay for the parking, if you are lucky you find a parking space front of the building.
  The flat has all the facilities: coffee Maschine (nespresso), fridge, wash maschine, oven, water kettle.

  The apartment was quite spacious and reasonably quiet at night. There is a large fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, stove top and oven, and washing machine. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was very clean and secure but the entrance to the building needs some care. Completing the city tax form and payment was simple enough.

  Wonderful little apartment in great location. A most gracious host with smooth communication, easy self-check in and lots of great tips for a perfect stay. The kitchen is well equipped, large fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, nespresso and kettle as well as washing machine, iron and drying stand. I loved the location, as its quite close to the train station, a few minutes walk from a larger shopping mall and about 20mins walk to the town centre. Numerous bus stops just down the road. There is a well sorted grocer round the corner and lots of small places serving great halal food at decent prices in the near vicinity.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I must say that everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, as it was situated in a peaceful area yet close enough to all the major attractions in the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in the area.

  Nejprve trochu o apartmánu č. 3. Nachází se v mezipatře mezi přízemím a 1. patrem (asi 10 schodů nahoru). Ložnice má okno do ulice, kuchyňka do dvora. Z předsíně se vchází také do opravdu velmi malé koupelny s WC (tak malé, že přestože vedle umyvadla je 1 věšáček na ručník, je lépe nechat všechny ručníky raději hned za dveřmi na věšáku v předsíni). – ostatní popis viz nedostatky.
  
  Co se mi líbilo: Apartmán je asi kilometr od hlavního nádraží a asi kilometr od centra. Takže všude se dá dojít pěšky, po centru se navíc dá popojet zdarma tramvají.
  Pohodlná, široká postel. Ložnice se dá zavřít.
