  Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral inmitten der Altstadt von Graz. Mit der Straßenbahn kann man bequem dorthin gelangen; der Jacomini-Platz ist ein Knotenpunkt im öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgezeichnet sowohl im Wohn-Schlaf-zimmer, als auch in Küche und Bad ausgerüstet. Es mangelt an nichts, alles funktioniert ausgezeichnet; sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine mit vielen Kapseln ist vorhanden!
