  Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete Apartment befindet sich direkt in einer der Grazer Fußgängerzonen und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, da vom Publikum abgewandt und beinahe über den Dächern gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut bis sehr gut. Sollte etwas fehlen, kümmert sich der meist telefonisch erreichbare Vermieter möglichst umgehend um Abhilfe. Für die Eigenversorgung gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe – ebenso wie einige sehr gute Gaststätten.
