  The apartment was great, from the location, size, cleanliness, everything. The host was very warm and welcoming, they turned on the heating before we came, and left us a bottle of juice and wine on the table as a gift. The rooms are big and comfortable, the apartment has two terraces and a big living room. We loved it so much that we stayed in the first night and didn't go to advent. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if you are coming to Graz with your car.

  A wide and clean apartment, with two bedrooms and a confortable living room. One of the rooms overlooks the common garden, very nice (the other is a bit more noisy, being closer to the street, but the traffic is not heavy). The kitchen is really well equipped, nothing is missing.
  Our host was extremely kind and helpful, she provided us with clear information for the check-in and the stay, and we found fresh fruits, a bottle of wine and some sweets at our arrival. Very much appreciated!
  It is quite easy to reach the centre of Graz by bus (approx 25-30 min including a short walk). Free parking place in front of the house.

  The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. Only one bedroom is situated on the street side, the rest of the apartment overlooks the garden so it is quiet and the view is nice. The owner is nice and helpful. She responds quickly to messages and calls. The WiFi connection in the apartment is great.
  There is a bus station five minutes' walk from the apartment. The bus leaves every 15 minutes. After the bus, you have to take the tram to the city center.
